Job Summary

Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

BeMore Staffing is seeking Certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians for a temp-to-perm assignment at an apartment community. Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience in apartment maintenance construction plumbing electrical work and general repairs.

HVAC experience and/or EPA certification is highly desirable. Applicants must have their own tools own reliable transportation and proof of EPA certification (Type I II III Universal or other applicable certification).

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical work plumbing appliance repairs carpentry masonry and painting
Repair and maintain structures such as showers sinks appliances doors cabinets walls and building exteriors
Deliver excellent customer service to clients residents and team members
Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
Prepare units for new move-ins ensuring all standards are met
Execute annual preventative maintenance programs
Perform grounds maintenance including debris pickup sweeping and light landscaping as needed
Assist with special projects as assigned by management

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of experience in apartment maintenance or a similar environment
Experience in unit make-ready and apartment repairs
HVAC experience and certification preferred
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
Possession of basic maintenance tools necessary to perform daily tasks
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
