Job Summary
Journeyman Electrician Roanoke TX
Pay: $32 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician with a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have 1015 years of hands-on experience a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and the ability to work both independently and as part of a project team.
Key Responsibilities
Install maintain and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems (power distribution lighting control panels and machinery).
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical diagrams.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical systems and equipment.
Ensure all work complies with NEC OSHA and industry standards.
Supervise and mentor apprentices as needed.
Complete documentation reports and work orders accurately.
Collaborate with contractors engineers and project managers to meet deadlines.
Maintain workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
Safely operate company vehicles (clean MVR required).
Qualifications
Valid Journeyman Electrician License.
1015 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
Strong knowledge of NEC OSHA and best practices.
Skilled in reading blueprints specifications and diagrams.
Experience with conduit bending motor controls switchgear transformers and PLCs (preferred).
Clean MVR and valid drivers license.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor elevated or confined spaces).
