Analytics Business Developer

What are the responsibilities of an Analytics Business Developer
Your primary mission will be to expand our analytics partnerships with a focus of 70% on our existing portfolio of 150 clients and 30% on warm incoming leads.
- Drive strategic growth: proactively identify and develop new commercial opportunities within our client base guiding them up the data maturity ladder.
- Consult and architect solutions: assess client needs and design tailored long-term analytics roadmaps from foundational web analytics and BI dashboards to advanced Customer Data Platform (CDP) integrations and predictive models.
- Collaborate for deeper insights: partner with internal Key Account Managers to gain deep client intelligence on business context and challenges. Work closely with our Data Strategists and Analysts to audit existing analytics architectures identify issues and uncover opportunities to craft perfectly tailored proposals.
- Lead C-suite and top management conversations: engage directly with C-level executives or top managers from the client side to understand their business challenges present compelling data-driven strategies and secure buy-in for high-impact projects.
- Develop winning proposals: collaborate with our internal analytics experts to craft and present proposals that clearly articulate the business value and technical approach of our solutions.
- Become a trusted advisor: act as the primary analytics strategy contact for key accounts translating complex data concepts into actionable commercial insights and building lasting partnerships.

- Experience of 2-5 years in a senior-level data strategy analytics or strategic business development role with proven success in using data to drive sales and business growth.
- Commercial intellect: a strong ability to translate complex data into clear actionable commercial strategy and articulate its value persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical comprehensiveness: a solid understanding of the modern data stack and key analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics GTM CDPs BigQuery Snowflake Tableau). You dont need to be a hands-on expert in all but you must speak the language fluently.
- Social intelligence: exceptional communication and client relationship skills. You know how to read a room build authentic influence and lead executive conversations with confidence and candor.
