Overview
The Product Manager II Technology role will help lead the expansion and adoption of our genetic tests. This role will drive innovative initiatives and the ideal candidate will have a track record of building strong relationships with partners and customers and who has demonstrated success influencing large cross-functional teams.
Responsibility
Drive prioritization efforts for their product area and champion product area throughout the organization.
Partner with PMO TPMs and business stakeholders to write crisp and clear product requirements that drive technical specifications and user experience and interface designs.
Engage with UX designers business stakeholders and software engineering teams through the full product cycle.
Manage and maintain the backlog of the engineering team(s) you are assigned to. This includes prioritization requirements refinement quarterly planning and Jira hygiene standards.
Champion products throughout the organization and present updates to senior management.
Continually validate products with internal and external customer feedback and against business metrics.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of Product Owner experience with proven success shipping multiple technology products across releases.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
CSPO certification is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs.
