Were currently seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly experienced team and deliver high-quality in-home care to customers in the Maroochydorearea.

We have casual and part-time positions available offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle while helping people live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

And because we truly value commitment and consistency youll receive a $500 Sign-On Bonus after 6 months of full-time continuous service!

Just Better Care provides trusted in-home aged care and disability support services across Australia. For over 15 years weve supported older Australians and people living with disability to remain independent and connected to their communities.

Our team is known for being compassionate professional and community-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal care (showering dressing grooming medication support)
Providing domestic assistance such as light cleaning laundry and meal preparation
Offering social support and transport for shopping medical appointments and social activities
Supporting the safe use of mobility aids and equipment (e.g. hoists walkers wheelchairs)
Assisting clients with complex and/or challenging needs
Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes or concerns
Participating in staff meetings and ongoing training

What Youll Need:

Certificate III or IV in Aged Care Disability Individual Support or Home & Community Care
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (if relevant)
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or Criminal Police Check
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Australian Drivers Licence
Reliable registered and insured vehicle
Smartphone with internet access
Blue Card (Working with Children Check) preferred
