Q3 Contracting (Q3C) a division of Primoris Services Corporation is a publicly owned and operated construction contracting company that provides both specific and turnkey services for its customers in the gas oil electric and telecommunications industry. We are headquartered in Minnesota with branch offices in Colorado Wisconsin Iowa Nebraska North Dakota and South Dakota.
We are actively hiring for a Billing Specialist at Q3 Contracting Primoris Services Corporation. This position is a full-time remote position with an immediate start date available. Strong administrative knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook are required to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for accurate coding entry and final review of weekly invoices within given deadlines
- Responsible for all miscellaneous customer billing
- Organize completed work orders per specific processes established for each customer
- Fully aware of monthly billing deadlines as established by accounting dept.
- Communicate directly with field managers to resolve issues pertaining to completed work orders
- Comprehensive understanding of various divisions within each customer for accurate distribution of invoices
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of completed invoice information in established systems.
- Entry of all daily orders in established systems.
- Responsible for completing weekly corrections to invoices
- Perform additional duties as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish skills
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two years related experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook; willingness and ability to learn billing
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands delays and responding to unexpected situations
- Ability to maintain and protect confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal/external)
- Be available for occasional overtime and/or weekend duties as work volumes dictate
