| Job Purpose | This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | ХTo achieve collection targets ХFocus on PL roll back cases & target achievement in PL roll back. ХEnsuring documented feedback. ХEnsuring audit queries are complied with. ХEnsuring adequate УFeet on StreetФ availability pool-wise / segment-wise. ХManage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Agencies / DMAs monitoring performance against set parameters and Weekly review with the collection executives. ХEnsuring background and reference check of agencies / DMAs being appointed. ХConstant evaluation of DMAs and agencies. ХIdentify and manage training needs for the CEs. ХVisit Random customers. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | ХPeople Management skills. ХDemonstrated success & achievement orientation. ХExcellent communication skills. ХNegotiation Skills ХStrong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. ХDemonstrated ability to lead from the front. ХExcellent relationship skills. ХAffirmative in nature Strong Leadership Skills Clarity of thought and perseverance.. ХExceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter. ХWorking knowledge of computers. |
