TheCustomer Service Officeris a valuable member of the team and plays an instrumental role in managing administrative tasks to ensure the effective operation of WesthavensTraining function. This position serves as the central point for administrative coordination particularly for training records and logistics while also providing essential support to our Customer Service function.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email or live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate up-to-date information about Westhaven services and assist customers in resolving issues.
Coordinate administrative duties to support Westhaven service delivery teams including enhancing processes to maximise efficiencies across multi-disciplinary teams.
Document all customer interactions and generate reports on customer service metrics providing insights and trends to the General Manager.
SupportCorporate Governancein internal auditing of documentation reporting to Audit & Risk management.
Manage the coordination ofservice related activitiesto Westhavenbuildings and facilities including maintenance requirements and security.
Provide critical operational support by managing inventory levels and overseeing the accurate and efficient order-to-delivery cycle for necessary equipment and supplies.
Support in the administration of theLearning Management Systemas required.
You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient operational cadence across Westhaven. You will have:
Well-developed verbal and written communication skillsto engage effectively with a broad audience.
Excellent time management skillsand the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
The ability tomanage competing demands and prioritieswithin a complex service environment.
Demonstratedcomputer literacy(experience in Google is desirable).
Experience completingreconciliations.
Demonstrated experience inCorporate Governance documentationis desirable.
Current validNSW Drivers licence.
Obtain and maintain a current paidWorking with Children Check (WWCC).
Obtain and maintain a validNational Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check.
