Reporting to the Chief Executive Consumer Insurance this strategic leadership role oversees the CPEO function. Youll guide strategy development enable execution and deliver performance insights that support Consumer Insurances strategic objectives.
What Youll Do
- Lead the development and execution of Consumer Insurance strategy ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities
- Oversee performance reporting data analytics and governance to enable strategic decision-making
- Manage executive office deliverables including Board and CEO reporting Secretariat responsibilities and strategic planning forums
- Represent Consumer Insurance in regulatory and industry engagements ensuring alignment with future-state requirements
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement across the portfolio
What Youll Bring
- Extensive experience in Financial Services with deep commercial and strategic expertise
- Proven leadership across large-scale strategy and performance functions
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making
- Strong stakeholder engagement across ELT regulators and industry bodies
