Overview
The Solutions Strategy Manager defines and drives Ollions regional portfolio of productised solutions across Cloud Data AI Managed Services and Data Pipes. Reporting into the Head of Product & Service Strategy this role is responsible for designing offerings that are commercially viable delivery-ready and aligned with both partner ecosystems and market demand.
Operating at the intersection of strategy product management and go-to-market execution the Solutions Strategy Manager will lead the packaging and continuous refinement of Ollions service catalogues - spanning professional services managed services and platform-based solutions such as Data Pipes. The goal is to create a coherent scalable portfolio that strengthens Ollions differentiation and drives predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Offering Development & Portfolio Management
Define package and maintain Ollions solutions portfolio across Cloud Data AI Managed Services and Data Pipes.
Build business cases pricing models and delivery playbooks for each offering ensuring commercial sustainability and margin visibility.
Partner with Practice Leads and Managed Services leadership to embed new capabilities into the offerings roadmap.
Establish a regular review cadence to evaluate offering performance client adoption and market competitiveness.
Go-to-Market Enablement
Enable the sales team marketing function and alliance partners with clear value propositions collateral and training on Ollions offerings.
Support the design of marketing campaigns and alliance-based routes to market ensuring consistent positioning across channels.
Collaborate with hyperscaler and technology partners (AWS Microsoft Google Snowflake Databricks etc.) to align offerings with partner incentives and co-sell programs.
Ensure smooth sales-to-delivery handoffs through standardised proposal templates scope definitions and commercial governance.
Financial & Operational Governance
Define and track key performance metrics for each offering - pipeline contribution win rates and profitability.
Maintain cost-to-serve models and align pricing to utilisation delivery efficiency and partner funding mechanisms.
Support forecasting and business planning by providing insights into offering performance and market traction.
Strategic Alignment & Innovation
Work closely with leadership to evolve Ollions service portfolio in line with the annual operating plan (AOP).
Re-energise the Data Pipes product strategy by defining new sector entry points integration models and cross-sell opportunities with Cloud and Data services.
Partner with Managed Services leaders to define next-generation offerings that expand beyond infrastructure into Data and AI operations.
Capture lessons learned and maintain a living knowledge base for offerings pricing and delivery accelerators.
Qualifications :
- 812 years experience in consulting strategy product management or solution design within IT services Managed Services or hyperscaler ecosystems.
- Proven track record building and commercialising repeatable service offerings.
- Strong business and financial modelling skills (P&L thinking cost allocation pricing).
- Comfortable working autonomously owning outcomes end-to-end and collaborating across sales delivery and marketing.
- Deep familiarity with cloud data and AI service models - ideally including managed or platform-based services.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills capable of articulating complex technology value to business and sales audiences.
