Were on the hunt for a Delivery Lead whos ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into our agile journey. If youre all about making a real impact backing our squads and flying the flag for agile ways of working across our technology projectsthis could be right up your alley!

Day to day youll:

  • Help our agile squads do their thing - support guide and let them shine.
  • Own projects from start to finish making sure we deliver what matters when it matters.
  • Knock down roadblocks keep things running smoothly and keep everyone in the loop.
  • Run all the good stuff like sprint planning stand-ups and retros (you know the drill).
  • Team up with product owners to shape MVPs and keep our backlogs tight.
  • Take people on the journey share your wisdom and help them grow.
  • Pitch in to make our delivery game even better always looking for ways to level up.
  • Be a champion for safe working and keeping everyone healthy on the job.

Youll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with agile squads product owners cross-functional teams and Domain Leads from Generation Retail and Platforms in our Technology Innovation crewplus plenty of others across our generation group.

Youre the kind of leader who brings energy to the room loves cheering on your team and thrives when things are moving fast. You get a buzz from helping squads achieve their goals but also arent afraid to challenge when things arent being delivered on as agreed you arent phased by a bit of uncertainty and youre always up for looking at new ways of doing things to get the best results.

Were keen to meet people who:

  • Have spent 5 years wrangling complex projectsthink tech digital or business changeand know their way around delivery lifecycles (Agile Waterfall Kanban you name it).
  • Are a pro at keeping everything coordinated and youve got experience getting digital products out the door especially if its in engineering or plant ops.
  • Know how to help teams stay on track and deliver real outcomes
  • Are a natural communicator who can work with all kinds of stakeholders and influence those around you. If youve led teams even better!
  • Extra points if youve got a relevant qualification (like Prince2) PMO or BA background or youve worked delivering to digital engineering or plant operations. A mix of agile and classic project management experience is a win.
