Job Summary

As a Workforce Planning Realtime Analyst youll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth daily operations in our Customer Service Centre. Youll monitor real-time activity across multiple channels optimise resources and provide actionable insights that help our teams deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role blends analytical thinking with collaboration requiring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience in omni-channel contactcentres with exposure to real-time monitoring

  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint and a keen eye for detail

  • Strong analytical ability and confidence in managing data across multiple systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive solutions-focused mindset with a positive approach

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfort presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear engaging way

How will you support our Why

As our Workforce Planning Realtime Analyst youll play a vital role in ensuring our Customer Service Centre runs smoothly every day. Youll help us deliver exceptional experiences by monitoring performance optimising resources and supporting our people to achieve their best.

  • Supporting the Workforce Senior Manager with operational initiatives

  • Organisingandmaintainingdata across multiple systems (Excel SQL etc.)

  • Monitoring real-time contactcentreactivity to meet service standards

  • Investigating anomalies and reporting insights to improve efficiency

  • Producing performance reports and contributing to KPI development

  • Facilitating daily workforce meetings and end-of-day reviews

  • Maintaining schedules and forecasts to achieve service levels

  • Driving adherence to schedules and adjusting for changing demand

  • Handling administrative tasks like absence tracking and timesheets

  • Leveraging workforce planning tools toidentifyoptimisationopportunities
