About the role
In this permanent role based in Balcatta you will play a key part in the delivery of Metro Meter Reading activities. Youll be the first point of contact for Meter Readers providing essential administrative support scheduling work as well as monitoring and management of workflow.
Youll join a supportive and experienced team where collaboration is key. This role offers you the chance to connect with people across the business build new relationships and grow your skills. What the role will involve
About you
Were looking for someone who is organised reliable and comfortable working in a busy customer-focused environment. Youll have experience with scheduling and coordinating tasks and the ability to adjust plans when things change. Awareness of meter reading processes and workplace safety is desired along with strong time management and communication skills. You should be confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly. Experience with Temetra and Grange is a plus.
As there may be a requirement for occasional field visits a drivers licence is required for this role.
