About the Role:

As a Spa Head Therapist at Cairn Group youll lead by exampledelivering exceptional treatments supporting your team and helping to create a relaxing and welcoming environment for every guest.

Youll perform a full range of beauty treatments while also supporting front-of-house duties including meeting and greeting guests taking bookings managing check-ins and check-outs and promoting retail sales.

In this leadership role youll complete certain administration duties ensure consistent service standards and help drive overall guest satisfaction and commercial success under the guidance of the Assistant Spa Manager. You will also deputise for short periods of time in the absence of the Assistant Spa Manager.
