Job Summary

Were seeking a proactive Fire Life Safety - Account Manager to support customer relationships and project coordination in the Baltimore market. This role involves handling inbound inquiries preparing service estimates and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer communications and project requirements
  • Prepare estimates and coordinate with subcontractors
  • Schedule inspections and service work
  • Travel to client sites in MD/VA/DC as needed
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and feedback
  • Provide training on customer portal access
  • Support quality assurance and report reviews

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with life safety inspections and project lifecycles
  • Experience with commercial government and private contracts
  • Willingness to obtain NICET I or II certification
  • Industry association involvement is a plus
