- Prepare and manage proposals contracts and other sales documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update client database with accurate information
- Assist in preparing sales reports forecasts and revenue analysis for management review.
- Support the team in organizing site inspections and client visits.
- Liaise with relevant hotel departments (e.g. Front Office F&B Housekeeping Banquet) to ensure smooth execution of group bookings meetings and events.
- Assist in preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensuring details are communicated accurately.
- Monitor event timelines and provide on-site support when necessary.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records
- Excellent reading writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel Word & PowerPoint
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
