Job Summary
Sales Engineer – Industrial Equipment
Location : Jakarta
We are hiring for our multinational industrial tool client who is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to support business growth in Indonesia. This role will be based in the Jakarta office and reports directly to the National Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales of industrial equipment to end users and key accounts.
- Promote products such as conveyors pumps generators and related industrial solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers especially within the cement industry.
- Prepare technical proposals quotations and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with internal technical service and regional teams.
- Conduct regular customer visits and manage sales pipelines.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of Sales Engineering experience in industrial equipment.
- Product Knowledge: Proven experience selling industrial equipment (conveyors pumps generators preferred).
- Industry Focus: Experience selling to the cement industry is highly preferred.
- Company Background: Experience within an international or multinational company is an advantage.
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Location: Based in Jakarta preferred; candidates outside Jakarta are welcome (relocation at own cost).
- Skills: Strong technical understanding negotiation and communication skills.
