Your Role 
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our regional team we are seeking a seasoned professional not only with a wide range of technical competence but also a great people leader.  

As Regional Trade & Customs Operation Manager youll lead and optimize trade operations across the APAC region which covers 12 markets (China Hongkong Taiwan Japan South Korea Malysia Singapore Philippine Vietnam India Australia and New Zealand).  Youll drive strategic import and export setups ensure customs clearance process and compliance and collaborate with global teams to support business growth. 

What Youll Do 

• Lead regional trade operations:  cross boarder related inbound customs clearance and port to DC transportation 

• Set goals track operation KPIs and manage customs clearance and inland haulage budgets 

• Ensure customs compliance customs authority management and customs audit  

• Drive operational excellence and sustainability 

• Manage customs brokers relationships and procurement needs 

• Lead regional trade security & risk management programs 

• Collaborate with sales global trade and local teams 

• Lead regional and local Trade team directly  

What You Bring 

• Proven experience in regional customs compliance management (preferably in APAC) 

• Deep knowledge of customs clearance processes compliance and customs authority management    

• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and leadership skills 

• Experience in customer brokers procurement and vendor management 

• Ability to lead change and inspire teams
