Senior Project Manager, Construction Projects, Brazil

Turner & Townsend is looking for highly experienced profesional to join our Central and Local Government Real Estate team in Brazil. This role involves leading complex large-scale engineering and construction projects that deliver long-term value to the public sector. You will collaborate with top-tier clients and contribute to strategic high-profile developments across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project strategies budgets and delivery plans.
• Lead residential-led or mixed-use projects at the enabling stage including:
  • Infrastructure works (highways utilities bridges)
  • Remediation and enabling works
  • Public realm improvements
  • Utility diversions or upgrades
  • Managing S106/S278 obligations or local equivalents
• Establish and maintain project systems and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver clear professional communication materials in English.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including clients contractors and designers.
• Lead meetings document outcomes and ensure follow-up actions.
• Support business development through client presentations and internal reporting.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Engineering Construction Real Estate Planning or related field.
• 15 years of experience in project management within engineering and construction.
• Strong background in civil structural mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Direct experience in on-site construction and infrastructure delivery.
• Deep understanding of the full development lifecycle.
• Experience in residential-led or mixed-use projects especially at enabling stages.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong leadership strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction standards in Brazil.
• Willingness to travel within Brazil as required.
