Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Como será o dia a dia:
- Aplicar as políticas e procedimentos da empresa para resolver diversos problemas.
- Fornecer resolução de problemas para questões relacionadas a RH que podem não ser padrão dentro das práticas e procedimentos definidos.
- Trabalhar em problemas de grande envergadura onde a análise de situações ou dados requer a revisão de diversos fatores.
- Exercer análise e julgamento para determinar a ação apropriada em cada situação.
- Construir relações de trabalho internas/externas produtivas.
- Receber instruções gerais sobre trabalhos moderadamente complexos bem como instruções detalhadas sobre novos projetos ou atribuições.

Graduação completa
Inglês avançado
Espanhol intermediário/avançado
Experiência como HRBP generalista
