The AI Products & Analytics team under the Global Data Office is creating the next generation of scalable and responsible AI ML and Data solutions and products to solve client and consumer problems. We are a cross-functional team of data scientists product/program managers data engineers and ML Engineers focused on generating value for the payment ecosystem. We are dreaming of the next generation of AI features and products Agentic AI solutions and high-quality analytics and data science support for our internal partner teams.

This position is in the AI Practices & COE sub-team under the AI Products & Analytics team focused on AI Transformation of the Global Data Office. The AI Transformation program aims to accelerate operational efficiency and foster innovation through targeted automation. By deploying scalable AI solutions to existing time-consuming workflows with high potential for AI disruption this will ensure measurable sustainable benefits across the Global Data Office.

Responsibilities:

The Sr. Manager AI Transformation will lead the design development and deployment of agentic AI systemsautonomous agents capable of reasoning planning and executing tasksto drive enterprise workflow automation and productivity enhancement. This role requires end-to-end ownership from ideation to implementation combining strategic program leadership with deep technical expertise.

  • Lead the design development and implementation of agentic AI systemsautonomous agents capable of reasoning planning and executing tasksfor enterprise workflow automation and productivity enhancement.
  • Assist in developing an AI Transformation Roadmap for workflow automation using agentic AI.
  • Lead Discovery & Design: map business processes identify automation opportunities and define agent capabilities.
  • Build proof-of-concept prototypes using LLMs and agent frameworks while incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams.
  • Provide technical oversight: review code guide prompt engineering and define evaluation benchmarks.
  • Support program execution: coordinate sprints milestones budgets and communications with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee integration & deployment of AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs and workflows.
  • Ensure solutions meet governance security compliance and ethical AI requirements.
  • Establish and track KPIs for productivity gains system performance and user adoption
  • Drive organizational adoption of AI tools and processes applying best practices in AI governance and responsible AI.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teamsincluding AI engineers data scientists UX designers and operationsto ensure AI solutions meet business needs.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
8 years of relevant work experience with a bachelors degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD degree
5 years in product/program management with direct AI solution delivery Experience deploying Agentic AI solutions
Hands-on Technical experience: At least 35 years coding prototyping and deploying AI/ML solutions
Advanced Degree with specialization in AI Computer Science Data Science Engineering Statistics or a highly quantitative field
Proven track record implementing automation in enterprise contexts
Supplementary certifications in AI product management cloud platforms or project/program management (e.g. PMP Agile/Scrum) advantageous.
Machine Learning & AI Frameworks: TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn Hugging Face Transformers.
Agentic AI & Orchestration: LangChain LlamaIndex or similar frameworks for multi-step AI task automation.
Data Engineering: SQL Spark Databricks Airflow Kafka ETL/ELT pipeline development.
Programming: Python (primary) plus familiarity with Java Scala or R.
Cloud & MLOps: CI/CD model monitoring retraining pipelines containerization (Docker Kubernetes).


Additional Information :

Work Authorization: Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 180600.00 to 262150.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
