Job Summary:
To provide administrative support to the Dublin office
Job Duties:
- Manage the visitor and reception function for the office.
- Answer switchboard calls and route to relevant destination.
- Book visitors in at ground level reception.
- Ensure that guest arrivals are acknowledged by the host and assistance given when required.
- Directly support senior and executive managers with any administrative tasks (e.g. diary keeping travel expenses etc.).
- Oversee the meeting room schedule for the Dublin office and organise any refreshments/lunches that may be required.
- Manage inbound and outbound post including couriers.
- Work on ad-hoc projects as directed by the office manager.
- Support the office manager with any facilities matters (health and safety ordering stationary/consumables etc.).
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years administrative experience
- Able to work with senior individuals professionally
- Confident and friendly with excellent communication skills
- Customer service centric mentality
- Ability to use own initiative
- Computer literate particularly in Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
