Job Summary

Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions is a leading Canadian provider of commercial dock and door services. Established in 2024 byTrivest Partners Sentinel was formed through the acquisition of top regional service providers: Lenworth Building Services Pro Door & Dock Systems Mar-Lin Dock & Door Door Doctor and Secord Doors. Together we specialize in the installation repair and maintenance of overhead doors dock levelers and related equipment for commercial and industrial facilities.

Our Service Technicians are the driving force behind our successthe heartbeat of our company. Were looking for skilled dedicated individuals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Lead technicians with repairs and maintenance of overhead doors and loading dock equipment
Accurately complete work orders inspection forms and capture site photos for documentation
Maintain tools equipment and PPE to ensure readiness and complianceFollow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe professional work environment
Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company on-site

What were looking for:

Clean valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools
Comfortable working at heights
Positive attitude and a team-first mindset

Assets:

Experience with loading docks and commercial overhead doors
Welding or millwright experience
