Schedule:

Mon Wed Fri: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Tue & Thu: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20 $24 per hour

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Medical Assistantfor an exciting job in Fort Collins CO.

Responsibilities

Greet room and prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Take and record vital signs medical history and other relevant patient information
Perform phlebotomy venipuncture and administer vaccines
Conduct POC testing and assist with EKGs as needed
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
Support front desk operations including answering phones and assisting with check-in/check-out
Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 23 years as a Medical Assistant (excluding externship)
Certification: Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred
Experience Preferred: Occupational Health background
Technical Skills:
- Phlebotomy / Venipuncture
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- EKG and POC testing
- Front and back-office operations
Other Requirements:
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to patient education and community health
