Location: Utica NY
Unit: MS Stroke Stepdown (Adults) 64 beds
Shift: 6:30p 7:00a nights (block scheduling not promised)
Floating: Required
Scrubs: Navy Blue
Local rule: less than 75 miles local rate (locals accepted)

Patient population and unit specifics

Common diagnoses: Stroke altered mental status renal/dialysis COPD CHF isolation general med-surg pneumonia pulmonary issues
Equipment: IV pumps N/G tubes feeding tubes
EMR: EPIC

Hard submission requirements (non-negotiable)

Active NY RN license (must be verified)
NURSYS report: license verification showing ACTIVE NY all active RN licenses
Current AHA BLS
Current NIHSS
Resume showing 2 years experience in MS Stroke Stepdown and documented travel experience
2 recent MS Charge/Manager RN references
Driver s license with address matching demographics on file
