We are currently looking for a HR Administration Specialistready to join our adventure share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What you will be doing
  • Prepare and manage HR-related documentation (contracts annexes certificates etc.)

  • Track and manage deadlinesfor documents certifications and employment-related obligations

  • Coordinate and schedulemedical check-upsandHealth & Safety trainingson time

  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of employee records in accordance with legal and company standards

  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality in all aspects of work

  • Liaise with external providers and internal departments to facilitate HR processes

  • Administer HR systems for accurate employee data

Skills you should have
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in an administrative or HR role

  • Strong sense of work culture ethics and confidentiality

  • Fluent in English and Polish to effectively communicate in a multinational environment and local authorities

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data

  • Ability to identify and resolve HR administration-related issues efficiently

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams

  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Availability to work a minimum of one day a week in our Warsaw office.
