Job Summary

AppsFlyer is searching for a Customer Success Manager for our Growth team. Our Growth teams work with AppsFlyer clients at scale in a 1:many this role you will onboard train and problem-solve at scale with a large book of customers spanning the LATAM & EMEA regions.

As a team member of the Growth Customer Success team you will have a major impact in AppsFlyers future success by being the eyes and ears and providing critical feedback to the business. Were looking for someone who is self-motivated and driven to be ahead of the curve someone who proactively shares relevant industry trends and new product this role youll have the opportunity to work with a variety of verticals and play a huge part in client growth!

What youll do:

  • Manage Mid-market clients accounts on all levels: technical business support and product and help them succeed in their goals
  • Work on process optimization and lead projects internally and externally that will be beneficial for the teams success
  • Provide client feedback to Product and R&D
  • Onboard clients and provide ongoing product trainings in a 1:many approach eg webinars etc to encourage product adoption
  • Identify and lead upsell opportunities
  • Work closely with Operations and L&D to optimize processes for the internal team
  • Work closely with Sales Marketing and Partners teams to grow AppsFlyers expansion in the region
  • AI is at the core of our success. Were looking for someone eager to experiment learn and refine how we use AI by turning curiosity into action by testing new workflows and improving existing ones regularly.

What you have:

  • 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar position in SAAS companies
  • Experience with Enterprise clients or in a scaled capacity (1:many)
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Technical and analytical experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and/or conferences
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written Russian or Ukrainian

Bonus Points:

  • Product management experience/familiarity
  • Technical background in SDKs APIs SQL and working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)
