Were seeking a detail-oriented highly organized individual with a keen eye for video to join our creative this role youll manage and optimize our video assets ensuring seamless access for editors. Youll handle high-volume tasks with focus and commitment while enjoying creative autonomy to refine workflows. This position is ideal for someone passionate about video content who thrives on building efficient structured systems.

Review existing video project files and extract B-roll and usable clips.
Organize clips into clear structured folders within Iconik (our video management tool) to streamline access for the editing team.
Maintain footage libraries by removing duplicates archiving outdated assets and incorporating new clips as trends evolve.
Monitor and optimize drives to keep them fresh and healthy.
Serve as the go-to resource for editors ensuring quick location and retrieval of assets.
Independently improve workflows and take ownership of system enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills
Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Proven organizational skills with a natural affinity for neat precise systems.
Strong attention to detail and obsession with clarity and structure.
Ability to work independently take initiative and adapt to evolving needs.
Passion for video content with an understanding of what constitutes great footage.
Experience with video management tools (e.g. Iconik) is a plus but enthusiasm and quick learning are essential.
Comfortable handling high-volume tasks in a fast-paced creative environment.
