Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to .
Conduct in-depth keyword research competitive analysis and technical SEO audits.
Optimize website content landing pages and blog posts for search engines ensuring all content adheres to best practices.
Manage and monitor backlink profiles and implement link-building strategies.
Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console and other SEO platforms.

Social Media Management (SMM)

Create curate and manage all published content (images video written) across key social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Facebook Instagram) to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals and product launches.
Monitor listen and respond to users in a professional social voice fostering community engagement and cultivating sales leads.
Analyze social media campaign performance (reach engagement conversions) and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.

Content Strategy & Reporting

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all digital content is optimized for both search and social engagement.
Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics and suggest content optimization for improved performance. Stav up-to-date with the latest SEO and social media trends. tools. and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
2 years of proven experience in managing both SEO and professional social media accounts.
Solid understanding of performance marketing conversion and online customer acquisition.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs Moz) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Google Search Console).
Excellent writing editing presentation and communication skills.

Preferred

Experience in the healthcare medical supply or B2B e-commerce industry.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
