Key Responsibilities
Processing invoices purchase orders and staff expenses in line with financial procedures
Assisting with budget monitoring month-end reporting and financial reconciliations
Supporting payroll and managing petty cash and school trips finances
Liaising with suppliers staff and external auditors to ensure accurate record-keeping
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to financial regulations at all times
Requirements
Experience working in a finance or administrative role (school or education sector desirable)
Strong numeracy and IT skills with proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Professional trustworthy and a strong team player
Legal right to work in the UK
