Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Moveworks Developer to design configure and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform. This role combines hands-on application development with AI assistant configuration and enterprise integrations ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery across ITSM HR and other business domains. Key Responsibilities
Design develop and configure AI-powered chatbots and digital assistants using Moveworks.
Integrate with enterprise SaaS systems such as ServiceNow Workday Salesforce and other business applications.
Develop and optimize APIs (REST/JSON) for system connectivity data aggregation and workflow automation.
Configure conversation paths plugins and bot skills ensuring accuracy in NLP intent recognition and response flows.
Implement testing monitoring and analytics to measure bot performance usage patterns and response quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR IT business stakeholders) to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Document system configurations and provide technical support to ensure smooth rollout and adoption.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
3 years of technical experience with at least 1 2 years in Moveworks or similar conversational AI platforms.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and development experience.
Proven expertise in REST API development and enterprise integrations.
Familiarity with HR lifecycle workflows (onboarding performance management case management) and ITSM processes.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Moveworks-specific configuration (intents conversation design thresholds).
Experience integrating Workday ServiceNow or Salesforce with AI assistants.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and enterprise security best practices.
Agile development and DevOps delivery experience.
Exposure to HR compliance and data security frameworks.
