Position : Assistant Manager - Instrumentation

Qualification - B. Tech / B.E in Instrumentation / Electronics

Job Location : Jambusar Gujarat (Transportation from Vadodara and Bharuch)

Experience Required - Minimum 10 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance and installation.

Position Purpose

The Position is overall responsible to plan execute and perform Instrumentation maintenance and installation activities safely while meeting all statutory and organizational requirements within budgeted costs and time. Helping manager - Instrumentation to prepare budgets of respective areas. Perform equal to business and organizational requirements.

Functional Competencies:

Strong knowledge of field instrumentation maintenance and installation.
Hands-on experience with PLC/DCS installation and logic building.
Experience with YOKOGAWA DCS operations preferred.
Familiarity with ISO 9000 ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 standards.
Excellent analytical planning and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Instrumentation in techno-commercial matters related to instruments software and statutory guidelines.
Support manpower planning selection and utilization for instrumentation activities.
Manage plant maintenance systems and ensure adherence to ISO systems.
Develop maintain and update procedures formats and records as per organizational and statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g. Weights & Measures) and customer specifications.
Handle vendor development equipment selection and specification updates related to instrumentation and automation systems.
Drive improvements in inventory management and cost optimization.
Prepare technical reports analysis and action plans based on root cause analysis.
Promote and ensure safe work practices across all instrumentation activities.
Assist in CAPEX and maintenance budget preparation.
Implement cost-saving initiatives within the instrumentation function.
Monitor and control maintenance expenditure effectively.
