Job Summary

The Bodyshop Manager is responsible for overseeing complete bodyshop operations ensuring high-quality repairs timely vehicle delivery customer satisfaction and profitability in an authorized automobile dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end bodyshop operations including denting painting and accident repairs
Ensure repair quality in line with OEM standards and audit requirements
Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and ensure timely vehicle delivery
Achieve bodyshop revenue margin and productivity targets
Lead train and supervise bodyshop advisors technicians painters and support staff
Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for claim approvals and settlements
Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Control paint consumables and spare parts usage to minimize wastage
Ensure accurate job cards estimates billing and DMS updates
Maintain safety housekeeping 5S and statutory compliance in the bodyshop
Track KPIs prepare MIS reports and review team performance
Ensure adherence to dealership processes and OEM guidelines
