Role Overview:
The Sales Support Intern will assist the designer team in daily operations customer handling stock coordination and backend activities. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in retail operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Provide support during trials fittings and product selection.
Maintain a courteous and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Sales Assistance
Support the designer team in billing tagging price checks and product arrangement.
Help prepare and maintain sales reports customer data and follow-up lists.
Coordinate with the designer team during rush hours or special events.
Store Operations
Ensure products are properly displayed steamed and arranged as per store guidelines.
Assist in stock counting replenishment and inward/outward movement of items.
Administrative Support
Handle basic documentation filing and entry work in the system.
Support CRM activities such as contacting customers for trials promotions and follow-ups
Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt
Time management and discipline
Eligibility:
Graduate / Undergraduate Marketing / Retail Management students
Freshers with interest in sales and getting exposure for working with a high end retail ethnic wear & luxury shoes for their Thane & Santacruz store
Available for 2 to 3 months full-time internship
Benefits:
The monthly stipend would be between 5000 to 10000 per month depending upon the communication skills along with ability to work for 9 hours shift for full month
Internship letter on successful completion
Exposure to high-end retail operations and customer service for Thane & Santacruz store
