Designation: Sales Trainee
Location: Ahmedabad On-site Full-Time (Post Internship)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities build relationships with potential clients and support the execution of sales strategies. This opportunity will provide valuable insights into the sales process client management and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and markets.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Participate in lead generation activities including cold calling emailing and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our sales pipeline.
- Set up calls and meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in marketing or related field
- Strong interest in sales and business development with a desire to build a career in this area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
