Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant at VMax Wellness. As an Inside Sales Consultant you will be responsiblefordriving service program sales and providing expert nutritional advice and guidance to customers assisting theminchoosingtheright nutrition plans and supplements to meet their fitness goals. You will also be responsible for conducting sales calls followingup with leads and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires strong communication and customer serviceskills. As a Health Consultant (Inside Sales) at VMax Wellness youll play a pivotal role in helping individuals achieve their healthandfitness goals.
Youll be responsible for:
Driving Sales: Actively generating and closing sales of our premium nutrition programs and supplements.
Expert Guidance: Providing personalized nutritional advice and recommendations to customers tailoring solutionstotheir specific needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with clients through effective communicationandfollow-up.

Customer Understanding: Thoroughly assess client needs and requirements to tailor suitable solutions.
Sales Process Mastery: Successfully execute the sales process from lead generation to closure through rigorous trainingand development.
Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favorable deals that benefit both the client and the organization.
Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive month-over-month growth.
Brand Building: Position VMax Wellness as an industry leader through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Sales Efficiency: Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and increase conversion rates.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional serviceandsupport.
Lead Qualification and Follow-up: Identify high-quality leads and effectively follow up to drive sales opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and foster a positiveworkenvironment.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelors or masters degree preferably in Nutrition or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: Passionate about health wellness and fitness with a strong understanding of the domain.
Work Schedule: Willing to work in a split shift (9:00 AM 12 PM & 3:00 PM 9 PM).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales/Tele sales preferably in the Health & Wellness Industry.
Subject Expertise: Knowledge of weight loss strategies workout progression and related health concepts.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with proficiency in at least one regional language such as Tamil Telugu or Hindi.
Sales Skills: Excellent communication listening and persuasion skills with a highly enthusiastic self-motivated andresult-driven approach. Strong negotiation closing abilities and diligent follow-up skills.
Technical Requirements: Must have a good working laptop with a stable internet connection.
