Preparation and timely submission of the and nbsp;Monthly Profit and Loss Statement and nbsp;to the CMD.
Prepare the and nbsp;Monthly Management Information System (MIS) Report detailing analysis of:
Budgeted vs. Actual Revenue
Budgeted vs. Actual Expenses
Budgeted Collection vs. Actual Collection
Analyze and report and nbsp;on the reasons for any major variances or differences between budgeted and actual figures.
Assist in the preparation and finalization of the and nbsp;Annual Financial Statements.
Lead the preparation of and nbsp;Annual Budgets and nbsp;for all departments in coordination with management.

Taxation and Statutory Compliance
and nbsp;
Ensure timely and accurate and nbsp;monthly preparation and filing of GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B.
Perform and document and nbsp;monthly GST Input Reconciliation.
Prepare and file monthly details related to and nbsp;TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).
Cross-verify and ensure accurate monthly calculation and remittance of statutory deductions including and nbsp;PF (Provident Fund) ESIC (Employees State Insurance Corporation) and Professional Tax and nbsp;based on the Salary Register.
Coordinate with and resolve all queries raised by and nbsp;Statutory and Internal Auditors.

Supervisory Responsibilities (Team Management and amp; Operations)

Oversee the and nbsp;daily working and nbsp;and productivity of all subordinates in the finance department.
Monitor and ensure accurate and timely completion of all daily reconciliations including and nbsp;Bank Reconciliations Credit Card (CC) Reconciliations and Online Travel Agency (OTA) Payment Reconciliation.
Verification of all Bills and Purchase Orders (PO) and nbsp;prior to processing payments to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policy.
Perform and oversee and nbsp;Debtors (AR) and Creditors (AP) Reconciliation and nbsp;as and when required.
Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams and nbsp;to ensure all daily operational work is completed within the same day.
