Job Summary

Responsibilities :
• Translate strategic priorities into structured events with clear milestones and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain integrated event plans tracking progress and engagement.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between IIT-Bombay teams member organisations
faculty and external vendors.
• Ensure event learnings are captured and fed back into engagement initiatives.

Success Indicators:
• Increase in industry-sponsored engagements (projects consultancy grants partnerships).
• On-time on-budget execution of strategic events with documented impact.
• Positive stakeholder feedback on program clarity communication and execution quality.
