Job Summary
The Technical Delivery Manager will be leading a team responsible for designing and deploying AI HPC Infrastructure and Software solutions.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle for HPC infrastructure and software deployments.
- Integrate compute storage and network solutions into customer environments effectively.
- Manage technical escalations and provide guidance to the support team.
- Conduct technical assessments for server hardware networking and storage solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop customized technical solutions.
- Establish and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
- Conduct periodic performance assessments and optimize delivery workflows.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors service providers and data center operators for project execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the CTO and executive leadership on project progress.
- Bridge the technical gap between clients customers and the service delivery team.
- Manage project documentation including technical designs reports and operational guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to HPC infrastructure.
- Train and mentor technical teams to enhance delivery and support capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science IT and Engineering
- Good understanding of HPC architecture cluster management virtualization and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong customer-centric approach to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships
- Knowledge of AI/ML workloads containerization and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have good stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Cloud Certifications- AWS Azure
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- RedHat (RHCE)
- Kubernetes OpenShift
- Certifications from OEMS- NVIDIA NetApp VAST DDN WEKA
Experience
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure technical project management or data center operations.
