Sony Corporation of America (SCA)is seeking aBankAdministrationAnalyst. The position will provideprimarysupport foroverall administration of bank accounts and online banking systems.This position requires someone with great attention to detail communicationinterpersonaland organizational skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Bank administration functions:

Establishing andmaintainingonlineuserIDs proper entitlementprovisioningand account services
Open and close bank accounts both internationally and domesticallywhile adhering tocompliance guidelines
Create and managevariousbanking structuresin accordance withcorporate policy ensuring all accounts and services are properly authorized and maintained
Maintain signatoriesas well asOfficers / Directors at banks
Track andmaintainaccuratebank account and signerlistsin central repository
Properorganization of files and documentation
Process encashment requestsand other bank branch requests
Process andmonitorencashmentsand other branch-related banking requestsin accordance withinternal procedures

Bank Fees:

Trackmonitorand report monthly bank fees
Analyzefeesto ensure proper billingand make recommendations to reduce fees where possible

Primary contact for addressing and reporting fraud items to internal resources
Keypartner between internal business unitsITand external banking partners
Ensure documentation aroundprocesses is current
Identifyand implementimprovementsto streamline and automateprocesses
Assistwithaccountingandaudit requests annual audit of bank accounts and ad hoc requests
Back up support for Treasury Operations team
Honesty trustworthiness and ethical conduct are material requirements for the responsibilities outlined above
