We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Services Analyst to support our clients on-site across Providence Island with occasional travel to nearby regions as needed. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service experience clear and professional communication skills and solid technical troubleshooting abilities suited for a dynamic fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Install configure calibrate and test IT systems and peripheral equipment
Monitor local system operations on Providence Island to identify issues early and resolve them promptly
Perform software and system integrations along with in-depth hardware diagnostics and repair
Support technical dress rehearsals and readiness checks for new IT initiatives
Conduct data analysis to support technical and operational decisions
Manage core operating system tasks (Windows 7 and newer) including user account setup and removal
Maintain and monitor technical equipment to ensure optimal performance
Provide on-site technical assistance to clients at multiple locations across Providence Island
Requirements
Strong customer service orientation with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
Hands-on technical aptitude and eagerness to learn emerging technologies
Experience in desktop support including peripherals and associated workflows
Foundational understanding of networking hardware and software concepts
Knowledge of network infrastructure and business software applications (preferred)
Strong analytical critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills
Ability to prioritize tasks multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail under deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to travel within Providence Island and occasionally to other U.S. locations for technical assignments
