Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Ticketing position based in Delhi India. The Executive Ticketing professional will be responsible for handling ticket sales managing reservations assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves supporting sales efforts to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales with a customer-first approach
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the travel or ticketing industry is an advantage
- Familiarity with ticketing software or systems is a plus
