About the Opportunity
We are hiring an ads/performance specialist to join a high-energy advertising team that plans executes and scales paid campaigns across search social and programmatic channels. This role is ideal for candidates who combine tactical ad-platform expertise with analytical rigor and a strong focus on ROAS and conversion metrics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan set up and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
- Implement and maintain tracking (pixels GA4 and GTM and server-side where needed) to ensure accurate conversion attribution and reporting.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using A/B tests bid strategies audience segmentation and creative iterations to improve ROAS and CPA.
- Analyze campaign performance and produce actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders using dashboards and data exports.
- Coordinate with creative product and analytics teams to develop landing page tests and conversion-rate-improvement experiments.
- Manage budgets pacing and campaign scaling while identifying opportunities to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
