Job Description:
Back Office & Calling

Make outbound calls to customers/leads for follow-ups feedback renewals and service coordination

Handle inbound calls related to inquiries memberships schedules and support
-
Coordinate with sales service and operations teams
-
Maintain proper call records and follow-up status
-
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
MIS & Data Management
-
Prepare and maintain daily weekly and monthly MIS reports
-
Update customer sales and service data accurately in Excel/CRM
-
Track performance metrics leads conversions and service reports
-
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management

Maintain records documents and internal databases
