- Ensure high standards of care are maintained while respecting residents dignity and privacy.
- Lead and support staff to boost team morale and ensure effective care delivery.
- Implement person-centered care practices to enhance the overall quality of care.
- Assist management during audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee operations as the Nurse in Charge ensuring optimal staffing levels and maintaining high care quality standards.
Requirements
- Nursing degree at the third level.
- Logged in with an active PIN to An Bord Altranais.
- Relevant certification in areas such as medication management safeguarding CPR manual handling infection control etc. (or willingness to train).
- Prior experience working in a nursing home setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a love for coaching others.
- Flexibility to work weekends evenings and days.
