Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to manage the complete software development life cycle and lead a team in delivering scalable high-quality applications. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in .NET Core Azure Cloud Microservices and modern front-end frameworks with hands-on experience working in an onsite Agile/DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the end-to-end software development life cycle (Agile/DevOps).
   
2. Design develop test and deploy scalable applications and APIs Core and related technologies.
   
3. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
   
4. Implement automation tools and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
   
5. Architect and build cloud-native solutions on Azure (Serverless and Containerized environments).
   
6. Guide and mentor team members on coding standards best practices and technical problem-solving.
   
7. Analyze complex software issues propose solutions and develop tools to prevent reoccurrence.
   
8. Conduct system testing and ensure performance reliability and scalability.
   
9. Oversee code reviews and ensure high-quality maintainable and testable code.
   
10. Continuously improve development processes workflows and architecture standards.
    

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development technologies.
  
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services (Public and Private) including containerization and serverless workloads.
  
• Expertise in .NET Core 3.x .NET Framework 4.8 Web API 2.2.
  
• Proficient in database design using SQL Server MongoDB and MySQL with caching experience in Redis/Memcached.
  
• Experience with Kafka Elasticsearch Docker Nginx/Apache and Linux environments.
  
• Strong front-end development experience using Angular JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and jQuery.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
  
• Working knowledge of additional server-side languages such as Java Ruby or Python is a plus.
  
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design and prototyping tools.
