Job Summary
We are actively interviewing candidates for a fulltimeSales Manager/Representative position in the Houston Texas region. Need someone with roofing and waterproofing experience.
Our client is a leading manufacturer of cold liquid-applied resin systems for waterproofing green roofing cool roofing roof recoveries historic restoration waterproofing products. Individuals must have Architectural Engineer and Sales experience with a proven track record for relationship/ consultative sales in the specification market. Would be a tremendous help if they had Roofing / Waterproofing experience.
Duties include:
- Work closely with distribution partners and independent reps
- Calling on Architects Engineers Owners and Contractors to introduce and technically consult for waterproofing roofing and surfacing projects.
- Follow-up through the company CRM with simplistic sales reporting and opportunity tracking systems.
- Visit project sites and review conditions for application of materials.
- Offer scopes of work and specifications for projects.
- Have the desire and ability to create and close a sale.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
- Conduct group presentations through PowerPoint and trade organizational involvement.
