Night Shift Maintenance Technician II / Industrial Maintenance Specialist Night Shift
Northern Indiana 9 PM 9 AM 12-Hour Shifts Union Facility
My client is a well-established global manufacturer seeking aNight Shift Maintenance Technician IIto support high-volume operations in a unionized facility. This role is critical to plant uptime and performance requiring hands-on troubleshooting mechanical repair and facility maintenance expertise.

What Youll Be Doing
- Maintain troubleshoot and repair production machinery
- Perform mechanical and general building repairs (plumbing electrical structural)
- Read schematics and blueprints; work with precision tools
- Execute fabrication and welding tasks (stick MIG brazing torch)
- Support safety 5S and lean practices across facility maintenance
- Respond to off-hours emergencies and shift equipment needs
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- 2-year technical degree 35 years experience OR 7 years of proven industrial maintenance experience
- Mechanical aptitude with machine repair and fabrication skills
- Able to read logic prints and schematics
- Basic electrical knowledge a plus
- Proficient with precision measuring instruments and Microsoft Office
- Dependable safety-focused and flexible with overtime and on-call needs
- Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and working in physical environments
