Job Summary
Join Oracles Government Defense & Intelligence (GDI) organization as a Social Media Senior Specialist and play a key role in amplifying the brand and voice of Oracles GDI this role youll help drive engagement across social channels create compelling content and copy and support strategic initiatives to enhance Oracles market position in the public sector.
Working closely with cross-functional partnersfrom marketing and PR to events and executive leadersyoull use your expertise to broaden our customer reach foster engagement and deliver a consistent message aligned with Oracles values.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Amplify Oracle GDIs brand voice and executive messaging across priority social media platforms (LinkedIn X/Twitter etc.).
- Collaborate in the creation of compelling copy and engaging content ensuring alignment with Oracles overall tone and public sector strategy.
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and real-time coverage of key events.
- Analyze and monitor social media analytics to track performance optimize content and report actionable insights.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including marketing PR events and executive communications teams to support integrated campaigns.
- Stay informed of key trends in public sector social media and provide recommendations for channel growth and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in social media management with a proven focus on brand and executive-level content development.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy content planning and brand amplification.
- Excellent writing editing and storytelling skills; experience drafting copy for multiple channels and audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in public sector marketing and communications ideally supporting government defense or intelligence organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Sprinklr Hootsuite Brandwatch).
- Familiarity with paid/organic social tactics influencer engagement and event amplification.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced highly matrixed organization.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $56300 to $112600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
