Job Summary
Team Company Truck Driver
Pay
$0.98 CPM with Hazmat endorsement
$0.95 CPM without Hazmat
$0.01 CPM raise annually for the first 3 years
Practical mileage pay (more accurate than zip-to-zip)
Home Time & Freight
Home every 18 days for 5 days
100% no-touch full truckload dry van
No NYC Canada or Mexico

Safety Bonuses (Quarterly)
CSA Safety Bonus: $1025 (Hazmat) or $825 8 hrs PTO
On-Road Safety Bonus: $600
Sign-On Bonus Options
Option 1 (with qualifying safety record):
$1625 (Hazmat) or $1425

Additional $600 after 30 days
Option 2:
$1125 sign-on bonus

Hazmat premium: $0.04/mile (less than 2% of freight)
Detention pay after 1 hour

Requirements
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
- 9 months verifiable experience(6 months if teaming with an experienced driver)
No DWI in past 7 years
Max 3 moving violations in past 3 years
No preventable DOT accidents in past 3 years
Pass DOT physical drug screen and HPE
